As therapists, we understand that our work is deeply influenced by the many systems our clients are part of — from their families and schools to faith communities, local politics, and affinity groups. Mental health does not exist in a vacuum. Our jobs, relationships, belief systems, and social environments all shape our symptoms, resilience, and ability to cope.

This symposium is designed to inspire, educate, and energize. Our goal is for you to leave with fresh ideas, actionable strategies, and a renewed sense of purpose.

 

Together, we’ll explore questions like:

• How can we collaborate more effectively with medical providers?

• What do schools need from therapists to better support student success?

• Can a client’s faith community offer support that extends beyond our sessions?

 

In addition to our Keynote and three topic-specific sessions, there will also be a panel of local leaders who will guide an interactive dialogue, offering insights and practical approaches to help lighten the workload and strengthen our collective impact.
