No one should ever navigate pain alone. I am passionate about helping those in crisis find solutions. I believe everyone has the ability to change their circumstances even when stress, hardship, loss, negative relationships, violence or anxiety have impacted an individual or family. I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults and children, and I am particularly passionate about helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences.
