I strongly believe that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults in both English and Spanish. I also specialize in working with the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma. I am passionate about helping people heal from traumatic experiences and have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and certified in Brainspotting.
